Warm, welcoming and accommodating owner/host. Large, clean room with excellent en-suite. First-class breakfast using quality food. Ample off-road parking. Attention to detail - provides extra amenities like sewing kit and first aid kit.

We had a comfortable experience. The hotel was luxury with perfect location close enough to a town centre down the road, NEC, a dual carriageway. Enjoyed yoghourt and fruit at breakfast.

Tasty breakfasts plus outstanding staff - very nice stay. The rooms were bright and beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the fact that check-in was early.
